We Run Our Own Marketing Stack on Disclosed AI Agents
Before we automate anything for a client, we run it on ourselves. Here’s what’s actually running today, not a roadmap of what we plan to build.
What’s live
- Scheduled research and content-drafting routines running on a real daily/weekly cadence
- A CRM of record (HubSpot) that every agent writes to, so there’s one source of truth instead of a second system quietly drifting out of sync
- Real analytics integration (Google Search Console, GA4) feeding what the agents check and report on
The rule that makes this safe to talk about publicly
Every agent we run — for ourselves or a client — follows the same autonomy ladder: it observes and drafts by default, and nothing it produces goes out the door without a person approving it first. No agent sends an email, posts to social, or contacts a lead on its own. Promotion to a higher autonomy level requires a written, numeric quality gate agreed in advance, not a judgment call made in the moment.
We treat this as a feature worth stating plainly, not a caveat to bury in fine print.
See the same discipline applied to store operations on our operations page, or read about the store we built it for. Contact us to talk about what this would look like for your business.
